Creating a Culture of Innovation: Communication Strategies for Innovation

On August 27th of 2014, I was invited by the software giant, IdeaScale to present a webinar on Empathy and Innovation.  How do companies, businesses, nonprofits, even clinical staff create work environments that bring out the best in people?  This video is a recording of the webinar and includes a short Q & A at the end.  It is a sample of what participants would learn in the longer and more intense Empathy in the Workplace training  I have provided for others.  Enjoy the sample version and call me if you are interested in bringing the in-depth workshop to your business or organization.
