MEDIATION/PEER MEDIATION:
Joe believes in needs focused, transformative mediation. He
took his basic mediation classes at the Community Mediation Center of
RI using the Friends Conflict Resolution Programs, Mediator's Handbook. He also took a three-day, Restorative Justice workshop
focusing on Victim/Offender Mediations.
Joe has experience in landlord/Tenant cases, small claims, employee
relations and family mediations. Currently, Joe does mediation for
both Community Mediation, Inc. (CMI) in New Haven, CT and the Community
Mediation Center of RI (CMCRI). He is collaborating with CMI
to set up peer mediation trainings in businesses and organizations in
the Connecticut area.
In organizations, Joe is available to mediate co-worker conflicts,
supervisor-employee conflicts, and customer conflicts. Call Joe at
