What is the proper response to the Adams/Harp Interview

by @ 1:07 pm. Filed under Gay News

The easy way out is to call them names or send them nasty emails.  I realize in our frustrations those things happen, but their is a better way to respond to this hate and that is with love.  Now I am not talking about some mushy sopy love thing.  I am talking of the disinterested love of Agape.   It is the refusal to let anyone brings us down so low, we hate them.   We are better than that!

The best thing we can do right now is get the word out there about this interview.   As many people as possible need to know about this hateful rhetoric and lies.   The only way this type of hate is going to end is when we as a society deem it unacceptable.    Honest Americans don’t realize these claims are all lies.   They see these people as role models and mistakenly believe their lies.    We need to make every effort to point out to people these are in fact lies.   Spread the word on every level you can.

The second best thing you can do is demand an apology from Stacy Harp for allowing such hateful rhetoric on her show.   SHe needs to publically admit she made a damaging mistake by having Guy Adams as a guest and that she hopes (and I think she does) no harm comes to gays and lesbians as a result of her actions.  We must also ask Ms. Harp not to air the second part of this hateful interview.

We need to demand Alan Keyes distance himself from the Guy Adams person.   He is dangerous to the lives of gays and lesbians.   With the spree of beatings in San Diego and the vandalism in Maine, we need to start demanding this call to arms against GLBT people is called to an end.   No more of this hateful demand to stop the homosexuals.   Too many sick minds will take this as a ticket to violence, some already have.   It is unacceptable.

I remind all who read this site “Get Curious, Not Furious”
