Anti-Gay Stephen Bennett Ministries Bought Out by Caldwell Banker?
So, I will be removing the anti-Stephen Bennett Ministries petition off my site as I have gotten exactly what I wished for from Stephen Bennett, he has found a new career that no longer involves hurting gay people. It appears that Stephen has moved on to real estate. What is funny for me is that my partner and I will be house shopping and perhaps will give Stephen a call to help us look for a house and now that I have moved to CT, you never know.
I wish Stephen the best with his new career and hope he does well despite this sad economic time. To celebrate, I have taken down the petition that basically started this blog in the winter of 2005. I hope he and Irene are done with the spreading of lies and misinformation about gay folk and sell lots of properties.
Stephen still has his ministry page here, but no one has heard much from it in many months.

With this type of news, sometimes I tend to be suspicious and my cynical side activates. I can’t help but think that the real estate business is far more financially profitable than the anti gay business, and that is therefore the basis of the switch. Of course the “ideal” would be that Stephen has seen the error of his ways, and a real estate position just happened to come along at the right time. Right now there are a few different scenarios about this going through my mind, but I won’t elaborate at this time.
There is one thing that I can thank Stephen for and that is, because of his ministry my partner and I now have you (Joe) and your partner as friends, (even though you did move, and now live closer to Stephen than to us. LOL).

You’re making me blush….
I am skeptical of Stephen Too, but on the other hand, he isn’t popping out press releases to the news telling them he is available for comment like he has done in the past. He seems to just be keeping himself to the igroup with you have to pay to play. For all practical purposes his ministry seems closed to the general public which considering the messaging, is just fine by me.
I am thankful I met you! (and the pups and M) I think we are going to move back to RI as we don’t care for CT too much. We miss the Ocean State.
